melbourne lunch seminar
February 1, 2011In December, we conducted our first Ladies’ Lunch “Nutrition Q&A” at The delightful Green Grocer in Melbourne. It was a great get-together of like-minded ladies in the most lovely setting. The chefs put on a delicious, organic and nutritionally perfecto spread (with my tweaks and tick of approval) that was as pleasing to the eye as it was to the body. There was inspiring conversation, lots of topics covered of all things nutrition and wellness related, and even some goodies to take home.
This month we will be conducting another on Friday the 11th (of February) at 1pm. This is a great opportunity to ask me questions directly, discuss both the fascinating and frustrating sides of living healthily, get practical tips and to actually taste the kinds of foods I teach my clients to prepare, and to experience just how delicious optimal eating can be. And so much more fun than a typical seminar can be (yawn!) …especially when chocolate is involved …
We are keeping these small and intimate so seats are limited and bookings essential.

Hope to meet you there!
PS: Sydney-siders, stay tuned … there will be a lunch date set soon in your neck of the woods too!

Emma, I had the most wonderful time at the lunch in December, very sad I won’t be able to join you ladies for the next one.
The food was delicious, and our juices fresh and zingy! I have not missed a morning juice since, and have been careful in choosing my ‘organic free-range’ eggs from our discussion that day.
Quinoa, organic berries and some lovely sea salt have become staples now!

Looking forward to a sydney meet-up!
Emma,
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed our lunch in December at the Green Grocer in Fitzroy. Firstly, I thoroughly enjoyed the company of ladies with a similar interest in nutrition and wellness. Our lunch was beautifully presented, very very tasty (a priorty for me) and highly nutritious.
It was very inspiring, I learnt many new tips and I look forward to attending more lunches in the future. so, see you at next lunch on the 11th of Feb.
Melinda
Hi Emma,
I am sad too that I cant make this lunch either. The food at the last lunch was absolutely delicious and I have enjoyed making quinoa salad since and eating great butter and salt. Those activated nuts were the best too as i do love nuts Youre so generous with your knowledge and it was great just to meet all the other ladies too. Enjoy Friday and I am sorry I wont be there. Hopefully there will be another one soon. Have a great time… Kerrie
Kerrie and Katie, I’m very sad you won’t be there! And the food this time will be even lovelier than the last lunch … some really special stuff (can’t say!)
Melinda, looking forward to seeing you too!
And Christine: I’m on the look out for the appropriate venue in Sydney, so hopefully we’ll be meeting up soon.
